Grande's Grand Prix

Call him an appaloosa, call him a multi, just call!! Grande's Grand Prix is a handsome white and apricot male , a yearling, but is already showing he's got what it takes! Even the mill has called us, raving about his luminous fiber (and that wasn't even blanket). His crimp is even evident in his wonderful leg coverage, which goes over his toes to the ground!! His dam, from Timoteo line, has won multiple blue ribbons as well as a Spinner's Choice Award. His sire is the son of 4Peruvian Legacy 6016, Peruvian Northcoast Oro Grande. Why not expect great things from him! And G.P. has not disappointed! He has taken his first Color Championship at the 2005 SEPA Fleece Competition, and a second place for the highly competitive 2005 NECC Fleece Show. G.P. as we call him, will be ready to settle his first females this Summer, so be sure to reserve a breeding!

Dam Info

Cameo of Picosa THA
Medium Fawn, 820301
1/4 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
Our lovely Cameo is 1/2 Peruvian and every bit the PPeruvian Timoteo granddaughter. Judges have said that her fiber spins like butter and has wonderful handle! She has a host of blue ribbons to her credit, including 1st place in the 2003 AOBA Kentucky National Spin-Off and Spinners' Choice at 2004 MOPACA. And isn't fiber what it's all about! Last year, Cameo gave birth to her first cria, Jupiter Rising, who mirrors her wonderful fiber. She was then bred to Northcoast Peruvian Oro Grande a multi award winning sire. Their cria arrived, August 26th.Grande's Grand Prix is a strong likeness to his dam's sire, Lanark's Nero. He is a strong, multi-color, white and apricot prince, with dense , fine crimp and wonderful handle. Cameo is a wonderful mother, with exceptionally rich milk each time she's delivered. Her temperment is quite sweet, which she has mananged to pass along as well!
